Background:

It is an open secret that we observe nowadays an increasing influence on entrepreneurs by state authorities represented by Federal Antimonopoly Service and Ministry of Home Affairs. Their activities aim at struggle against illegal actions used for tax evasion.

They carry on struggle against registration and usage of short-lived and intermediary companies. Banks tighten the screws. Number of inspections by controlling authorities has increased significantly.

Those who have came through tax audit by Federal Tax Service clearly understand their consequences: extra charges by any formal reasons, exaction of penalty fees, bank acounts' lockout.

According to statistics of office and field inspections 90-95% of companies have infractions.

As a result of inspections total sum of additional charges amounts to hundreds of billion roubles per year
